Join winemaker Jean Pierre as he shares some of his favourite dishes and wines from his native France and of course, his favourite 13th Street wines.
Walk around in a vineyard setting and taste through several wine and food stations. Chef Josh will be featuring an Herbes de Provence crusted leg of lamb on an open rotisserie, apple and walnut endive salad, charcuterie and country paté, plus Quebec cheese and Viande des Grison Raclette – a traditional raclette station.
