Cooking and Wine Seminar: Pasta 2.0

Following the same format as our very successful January Cooking & Wine Seminars, Chef Josh will continue to focus on fresh pasta.
For this month Chef will be demonstrating how to make fresh fettuccine (served with a roasted chicken, crispy pancetta and herb pesto) and beet gnocchi (served with roasted beets, beet puree and ricotta cheese).
While Corinne presents a wine seminar and teaches you about the pairings, Josh will demonstrate how to make the different pasta dishes. Afterwards enjoy the pasta dishes with the wine pairings.
Space is limited to allow interaction and discussion
