With Chef Josh Berry and Sommelier Corinne Maund
Sip and relax as you watch a gourmet cooking class on curries. Chef Josh will demonstrate how to use and prepare the spices and a variety of Thai and Indian dishes. Sommelier Corinne will teach you how to pair wine to compliment these aromatic and spicy flavours. After the demonstrations enjoy both wine and curries while discussing your favourites.
