Learn how to use simple ingredients, like salt and pepper, and discover the great impact they can have on wine and food pairings.

Discover the uses of salts and the differences between white, green, pink and black peppercorns. Sip and relax as you watch a gourmet cooking class with Chef Josh Berry. Sommelier Corinne Maund will teach you how to pair wine to complement each of the different dishes.
