WINEMAKER’S “KITCHEN” PARTY

Join us on Family Day weekend in our winemaker’s “kitchen” (aka production area) for an East Coast inspired kitchen party. Chef Josh will be serving up some delicious seafood chowder and bowlfuls of mussels. Relax with a glass of wine while you enjoy your food and live music.

Advance tickets are not required. This is a drop-in event.  Food and wine will be available for purchase at the event.

 

MENU

Seafood Chowder – $10 / bowl

Fresh PEI Mussels: choice of 1 lb of mussels prepared two different ways served with fresh baguette – $16 /lb

  • Blanc de Blanc cream sauce with double smoked bacon, fresh garlic, fried onions and shaved handeck cheese
  • Red Thai curry with pickled shallots, fresh coriander and daikon carrot slaw with fresh mint
