Tasting Notes

The nose is complex with fresh red and black raspberry, wild strawberries, violets, and a touch of spice. Fresh with vibrant acidity.  Flavours of tart, red currant, fresh raspberry, ripe blackberry, sour cherry, soft herbs with black pepper with light tannin.

Serve lightly chilled. Enjoy it with every day on its own or favourites like charcuterie, pizza with buffalo mozzarella, beets with goat cheese or pasta Bolognese
