Extremely tropical, with aromas of wild raspberry, white peach, ripe banana, and cherry blossom. Refreshing with mouth-watering acidity and flavours of red grapefruit, guava, wild strawberries, and layers of minerality with a refreshing finish.

WINEMAKING NOTES
Our Gamay Vin Gris is the result of classic white wine-making techniques used on red grapes – machine harvested, put into the press, free-run juice collected and a very soft pressing, resulting in just the faintest tint of pink. The wine was bottled in April 2026 following a light fining and filtration.
