This intimate afternoon experience brings together Sommelier Corinne Witusik, Winemaker Jean-Pierre Colas, and a special international guest winemaker (to be announced), showcasing a selection of exceptional Chardonnays.
Each course, created by Chef Josh Berry, is thoughtfully designed to complement the wines, highlighting the versatility and character of cool climate Chardonnay. As you dine, Corinne and Jean-Pierre will guide you through each pairing, sharing insights into the wines, the winemaking process, and the inspiration behind every dish.
