Tasting Notes

Inviting aromas of ripe cherry, cherry pit, and wild raspberry, layered with soft notes of violet and spice. On the palate, bright red fruit flavours are complemented by hints of strawberry, milk chocolate, and warm spice. Silky tannins and balanced acidity create an elegant structure, leading to a smooth, lingering finish with touches of toasted oak.

Drinking well on release but will develop further complexities with short to medium term aging.
