Tasting Notes

Full-bodied and creamy with aromas of tropical fruit, lemon cream, and honeysuckle.  On the palate, it is rich but refreshing with flavours of ripe pineapple, mango, salted butter, honey, vanilla cream, and soft spice.

Serve chilled with rich seafood, such as butter-poached lobster or crab legs, pasta with rich cream sauces or bloomy rind cheese or aged cheddar.
