Chocolate Demonstration with Alecia Fennema ~ 1pm

We are excited to offer our first 13th Street BAKERY seminar hosted by our Bakery Manager Alecia Fennema.

Following in our February Chocolate Theme, Alecia will be demonstrating the proper way to heat, mix and chill chocolate while she discusses the classic recipes for dark, milk and white chocolate and different variations and flavours.

Learn how to make delicious dark chocolate and red wine truffles plus milk chocolate truffles with espresso and Irish cream. Participants will have a chance to roll and coat their own truffles which they can then take home to enjoy!

13th Street Sommelier Corinne Maund will be discussing how to pair wine and chocolate and offering tasting of select wines throughout the seminar.
