Cooking and Wine Seminar: Pasta

Join Chef Josh Berry and Sommelier Corinne Maund for an exciting cooking demonstration where you will learn how to make fresh pasta.

While Corinne presents a wine seminar and teaches you about the pairings, Josh will demonstrate how to make different pasta dishes.  He will make fresh ravioli stuffed with braised short rib with a blue cheese cream sauce as well as fresh pappardelle in a vegetarian sauce, which you will then get to enjoy with Corinne’s fabulous wine pairings.
