Our jams and jellies are made the old-fashioned way: slow-cooked in small batches using lots of fruit. Cooking the jam produces a darker, richer-tasting, thicker jam. We use lemon juice in every jam we make to brighten the flavour.
Our jams and wine jellies are perfect for Empire, Linzer, Thumbprint cookies, tea biscuits, scones, pancakes, waffles, oatmeal, and slathered-on toast!
Try our jams and wine jellies with your charcuterie boards, add them to a grilled cheese sandwich, or use them as a baste for roasted meats. They are also delicious in cocktails, adding a touch of sweetness and fruit flavours.
