A bold blend of sun-ripened apricots and fiery jalapenos creates the perfect harmony of sweetness with a subtle kick of heat.
Spread it over cream cheese or creamy, soft brie for an irresistible appetizer, use as a glaze for meats or add it to a sandwich for a spicy-sweet boost.
All our jams are made the old-fashioned way: slow-cooked in small batches using lots of fruit. Cooking the jam produces a darker, richer-tasting, thicker jam.
We use lemon juice in every jam we make to brighten the flavour.
