Beautiful round, dark red berries that mature to a deep purple/ black colour. These berries evoke memories of picking them right off the bush, warm from the sun and purple fingers!

All our jams are made the old-fashioned way: slow-cooked in small batches using lots of fruit. Cooking the jam produces a darker, richer-tasting, thicker jam.

We use lemon juice in every jam we make to brighten the flavour.
