
Double Raspberry Jam
This jam is hands down the #1 selling jam and unique to 13th Street. We use locally sourced black and red raspberries to make this. It is a deep, rich jam perfect on warm scones and biscuits
All our jams are made the old-fashioned way: slow-cooked in small batches using lots of fruit. Cooking the jam produces a darker, richer-tasting, thicker jam.
We use lemon juice in every jam we make to brighten the flavour.
