Made with tree-ripened juicy local peaches, nothing says “summertime in Niagara”  more than peaches!

Try this jam with a thick slice of Appletree Smoked Cheddar on a ciabatta bun.

All our jams are made the old-fashioned way: slow-cooked in small batches using lots of fruit. Cooking the jam produces a darker, richer-tasting, thicker jam.

We use lemon juice in every jam we make to brighten the flavour.
