Sushi Demo with Jennifer and Genevieve
Join Jennifer Greenwell and Genevieve Clark to explore sushi traditions while watching a demonstration and sipping wine. Learn how to make the perfect sushi rice and different sushi styles such as maki, nigiri, chirashi, and sashimi. Jennifer Greenwell will share how to perfectly pair aromatic whites and sparkling wines with the various sushi styles. After the demonstration, you will enjoy freshly made sushi with your wine.
Genevieve will be making:
- Shrimp Nigiri
- Sweet Potato Maki
- Salmon Urumaki with mango, green onion, and togarashi
- Tuna Temaki (handroll) with cucumber, avocado, and spicy mayo
Tickets are $65 pp / $55 for Wine Club Members (plus HST)
