Made from sour cherries from Vineland – fresh from their farm to our kitchen.

All our jams are made the old-fashioned way: slow-cooked in small batches using lots of fruit. Cooking the jam produces a darker, richer-tasting, thicker jam.

We use lemon juice in every jam we make to brighten the flavour.
