Sweet, bright, and beautifully unexpected—our Strawberry Balsamic Jam is handcrafted in the 13th Street Farmhouse Bakery, blending juicy strawberries with a touch of rich balsamic for a perfectly balanced finish. Slow-cooked in small batches, it delivers a velvety spread with hints of tang, depth, and berry-forward goodness.
Try it on toast or scones, spoon it over cheesecake, pair it with soft cheeses, or add a dollop to a charcuterie board for a little wow-factor. It’s a Niagara-inspired twist that turns everyday bites into something special.
All our jams are made the old-fashioned way: slow-cooked in small batches using lots of fruit. Cooking the jam produces a darker, richer-tasting, thicker jam.
We use lemon juice in every jam we make to brighten the flavour.
