This jam has a bright, fresh taste of summer and is perfect for a PB&J or on a freshly baked scone.

All our jams are made the old-fashioned way: slow-cooked in small batches using lots of fruit. Cooking the jam produces a darker, richer-tasting, thicker jam.

We use lemon juice in every jam we make to brighten the flavour.
