This jam combines the first two fruits of the summer season … strawberry and rhubarb.
The perfect combination of sweet and tart!
All our jams are made the old-fashioned way: slow-cooked in small batches using lots of fruit. Cooking the jam produces a darker, richer-tasting, thicker jam.
We use lemon juice in every jam we make to brighten the flavour.
