TASTING NOTES
Delicate aromas of orange blossom, white peach, persimmon and cracked white pepper with a touch of vanilla. On the palate, it is rich with lively acidity and flavours of spiced apricot, tangerine zest, orange water and vanilla bean.
Enjoy with bloomy rind cheeses and saffron risotto with shellfish, or tangerine scented shrimp.
