I love pairing Viognier with saffron because this wonderful spice compliments all the delicate floral characteristics and aromatic qualities. The fresh acidity in the wine cuts through the sauce, while the floral flavours from the saffron enhance the orange blossom, jasmine and white pepper notes.

Our 2021 Viognier is pale straw in the glass with aromas of peach blossoms and wet stone. On the palate it is light and lively with refreshing acidity and flavours of orange water, peach and apricot pit. The finish is dry and mineral-tinged with notes of white pepper
