Above & Beyond Seminar: Taste Bud Challenge
Join Sommelier Corinne in this exclusive Above & Beyond seminar and discover the science behind wine and food pairing.
Pairing wine with food comes down to flavour and taste. You will taste through three dishes and several wines until the perfect pairing has been discovered. You will leave with an understanding of our primary taste elements: sweet, sour, salty, bitter, and umami. This seminar is limited to a total of eight guests for each class.
