Tasting Notes

Intensely aromatic on the nose with notes of white grapefruit, citrus, jasmine, soft herbs, and stony minerality. It’s dry with vibrant acidity, pineapple, key lime, lemon peel, tart passion fruit, white peach, lots of minerality and a long refreshing finish.

Enjoy well chilled on its own or paired with anything that calls out for some refreshing acidity – asparagus salad, goat cheese, light fish and seafood preparations or vegetarian pizza.
